Payment Terms and Timeline

We believe in maintaining transparency and clarity when it comes to processing your payments for successful referrals. Below is a detailed breakdown of the payment process and the timeline associated with each step:

Step 1: Candidate's Successful Hiring Date

Once your referred candidate is hired by the client, it takes approximately 8 days to confirm the successful hire. This timeline may vary depending on the specific client's hiring procedures and documentation requirements.

Step 2: Candidate Approval Process

After the candidate is successfully hired, their profile goes through a client approval process. This step typically takes 7–10 days, but it can differ based on the client's internal workflows and approval mechanisms.

Step 3: Invoice Raising

Once the candidate is approved by the client, we promptly raise the invoice for your payment within 1 business day. You will receive a notification once the invoice has been raised.

Step 4: Payment Processing

After the invoice is raised, payment processing begins. This step generally takes up to 45 days, depending on the client's payment terms and conditions. Some clients may process payments sooner, while others might take the full duration due to their internal systems.

The overall timeline from a successful referral to payment may vary depending on client-specific processes. Regular updates will be provided through the Recruit and Earn dashboard, keeping you informed about the status of your referrals and payments. Any unforeseen delays will be communicated promptly.
