Terms and condition for Recruit and Earn

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Jobox Hire's Recruit and Earn program. By registering or using the Program, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Program.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the Program.
• Accurate and complete personal information must be provided during registration.

3. Program Overview

• Objective: The Program allows users (“Participants“) to recruit candidates for open positions and earn rewards upon successful placements.

4. User Responsibilities

• Participants are responsible for ensuring that all submitted candidate information is accurate and lawful.
• Asking money from candidates is strictly restricted.
• Participants must not engage in fraudulent activities or misuse the Program in any manner.

5. Recruitments Rewards

• Rewards are provided only for successful placements where the referred candidate is hired and completes the probation period (as defined by the employer).
• Reward amounts and payment timelines will be communicated to Participants via email or the Program dashboard.
• Rewards will be credited directly to the Participant's registered bank account after verification.
• The Program reserves the right to adjust or withhold rewards in case of discrepancies, fraud, or violations of these Terms.

6. Data Collection and Privacy

• The Program collects and processes user and candidate data, including but not limited to names, contact information, resumes, and banking details.
• Data will only be used for Recruitment processing, job inquiries, and reward distribution.

7. Intellectual Property

• All content, logos, and materials associated with the Program are the intellectual property of the company operating the Program.
• Participants may not copy, distribute, or modify Program content without explicit permission.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Misrepresentation of candidates or falsification of information is strictly prohibited.
• The use of automated tools, bots, or any unauthorized methods to manipulate the referral process is not allowed.
• Participants must not use the Program for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

9. Termination and Suspension

• The company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any Participant's account without notice for violations of these Terms.
• Participants may choose to deactivate their accounts by contacting support.

10. Program Modifications

• The company may modify or terminate the Program or its Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Any significant changes will be communicated via email or Program notifications.

11. Limitation of Liability

• The company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
• The company does not guarantee job placements for referred candidates.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Disputes arising from or related to the Program will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, India.
